1. Honor Entrants - With Highest Honors, With High Honors, and With Honors (Grade 6 completers) of less than 50 students in their batch need to take the qualifying examination. A score of at least 85% is required to qualify for full scholarship and 83% for partial scholarship.

2. Any students on scholarship who commits an offense with a disciplinary action will automatically be deprived of the scholarship effective immediately. Scholarship contract is valid only if it bears the signature of the Executive Vice President.

3. Scholarship grants cover only the amount payable to the school after deducting the ESC amount if a scholar is entitled to such.

4. Any false disclosure by the scholar, parent, or certifying personnel, and submission of fake documents will result to automatic termination of the scholarship grant and payment of past privileges enjoyed by the scholar.

5. The retention requirements stated herein remains until such time that DepEd issue a new guideline for grade computation.
