Vision-Mission
The Batangas College of Arts and Sciences exists for the student. It should be able to bring about the most desirable outcomes from the experiences it provides the student, for himself or herself, as well as for his or her community and the larger world outside. A center for the development of the total person who is physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually and socially developed, fully prepared to meet the challenges of life and capable of contributing to the attainment of the nation’s development goals. In pursuit of its vision, Batangas College of Arts and Sciences, Inc. shall provide excellent education that is holistic, interdisciplinary, innovative and culture sensitive.
